WARRANTY CERTIFICATION

A limited three-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
We offer a limited 10-year warranty on the chain link mesh as well as the cedar posts that are set on steel pipes.
For the original purchaser exclusively, All Solutions Fencing guarantees its fence products, installation, and workmanship against defects for 36 months from the purchase date.
Every stunning fence we build comes standard with a warranty, provided at no additional cost to you.
We commit to addressing all warranty claims within five business days.

Limitations

All Solutions Fencing is not liable for the following natural changes to Cedar materials:
Cedar is a natural product; as such, characteristics like cracks, wane, or checking may develop over time.
Cedar material will naturally change due to exposure to the elements. These changes include, but are not limited to, aging (weathering), discoloration, fading, and dimensional alterations such as shrinkage or swelling.
In instances where cracks are observed in fence posts, All Solutions Fencing will first conduct an evaluation to determine the structural integrity of the affected fence and post. If the post’s structural integrity remains sound despite the presence of cracks, such cracks will not be considered defects under the terms of this Warranty. Consequently, the post will not be eligible for replacement or repair under this Warranty. It is understood that minor cracks can occur naturally over time and do not invariably compromise the overall strength or function of the post.
All Solutions Fencing is not responsible for damages or issues arising from changes in the soil conditions on which your fence is constructed.
Furthermore, our labor and material warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
- Improper use or misuse of the fence.
- Accidents.
- Fire, flood, storm, or tree damage.
